What to Expect

Before Your Event

After you book, you’ll receive a short event questionnaire so we can gather the key details. We’ll also schedule a quick intake call to talk through timing, location, important people, and any must‑have moments. Heather scouts the venue the week of the event and coordinates with staff so everything runs smoothly.

During Your Event

Coverage is relaxed, unobtrusive, and focused on capturing the celebration as it unfolds. Heather photographs candid moments, group photos, décor, and the people who make the day meaningful — all while you enjoy hosting. She typically arrives about an hour early to set up and meet with you if needed (this time is not billed).

After Your Event

You’ll receive a proofing gallery to view and select your favorite images. A Placeholder Gallery link can be shared at the event so guests can enter their email and be notified when the gallery goes live. Guests can purchase any images they’d like directly from the gallery.
